When Posting A Personals Ad You Must Be 18 Years Of Age Or Older.
NO Posting Of Any Obscene Or Questionable Photos Or Your Ad Will Be Deleted.

PAID POSTINGS

We may charge a fee to post Content in some areas of the Service. The fee
is an access fee permitting Content to be posted in a designated area.
Each party posting Content to the Service is responsible for said Content
and compliance with the TOU. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the
event that Content is removed from the Service for violating the TOU.

Guns And Ammo Postings:

You (the poster) are responsible to place your phone number in your ad so any
potential buyer OR Law Enforcemant Agent may be able to contact you via telephone
should there be any legal question about the item or items you are posting to sell.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Failure to insert a valid phone number with you Ad will result in ad being removed
and any paid ad munies to be non-refundable and non-negotiable. NO EXCEPTIONS..
Also possible restrictions may be applied to any future postings by said poster
up to and including ip blocking.
